The main restaurant and cantina (gallery below) is designed to make you feel like you are stepping into a beautiful Mexican Hacienda in the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico. There are elegant fountains, fireplaces, outside courtyards, stained glass windows and tall ceilings with massive hand-hewn beams and lots and lots of wood. It is painted in bright Mexican colors, with lots of colorful ceramic tile, plastered walls with straw and decoration that Dennis and Liz have collected from their many trips to Mexico. It is 8,000 square-feet of fun and great food!
There are several dining areas that make up the restaurant. As you first enter the building, off to your left, there is a small private dining room called the PINK ROOM. It is decorated in bright pinks and purples, has a beehive fireplace in the corner of the room, a gorgeous saltillo tile floor and seats up to 20 people;
In the center of the restaurant is the MAIN DINING ROOM. It is the largest of the dining areas and has a beautiful water fountain set against funky brick walls, hand painted Mexican tile for a wainscot, 16' high ceilings and large custom booths along the outside walls. Between the booths and the tables and chairs throughout this room, the main dining area seats around 100 people;
The last dining area is towards the back of the restaurant and is called the YELLOW ROOM. This room has it's own inside fireplace along with a private outside courtyard with it's own fireplace. The Yellow Room sits 40 people inside and another 25 people in the outside private courtyard.
The CANTINA is decorated in bright Mexican colors, with a hand-hewn beam ceiling, funky brick walls and neon beer signs. It seats 30 people inside and 40 people in the enclosed patio area off the front of the Cantina. The Cantina has a large selection of premium tequilas that it serves along with 15 different margaritas, imported Mexican beers, mixed drinks, Mexican sodas and delicious tropical smoothies using seasonal fresh fruits. The Cantina even has a temperature controlled walk-in Wine Cellar made out of large stones and brick to resemble an old shaft that they used to make wine in years ago.
