Rancho de Tia Rosa is the best Mexican Food in the East Valley, and possibly the whole Valley of the Sun. What started out as a small taco stand and a dream, has turned into a first-class, family-owned restaurant that continues to amaze. In 2010 we expanded with our Gilbert Restaurant (at Higley and Guadalupe).
